“Si tratta di un disco particolare, dove il movimento espressivo di fondo è legato alle separazioni, sia quelle da rapporti “dissonanti”, che quelle legate ad eventi naturali, ed alle conseguenti memorie che si posano nel profondo a seguito di tali separazioni. È un disco con tante dediche, scritte nel retro di copertina, alcune a persone che non ci sono più, altre a persone dalle quali ci si è separati ma delle quali si conserva una memoria affettiva e indelebile. È quindi anche un lavoro di ricreazione di tali memorie; da qui, anche la scelta del vinile, per ricreare, appunto, anche quei momenti magici in cui, da adolescenti degli anni 70, ci si metteva in fila davanti ai negozi di dischi perché era uscito un disco nuovo. Poi magari se ne comprava uno solo, e si correva a casa di chi aveva “lo stereo” migliore, per ascoltare insieme.” (Tony Carnevale)

This is a unique album, where the underlying expressive movement is tied to separations—both those from "dissonant" relationships and those caused by natural events—along with the memories that settle deep within as a result. It is an album filled with dedications, written on the back cover—some to people who are no longer with us, others to those from whom we have parted ways but whose presence remains as an indelible and affectionate memory. It is, in a way, a work of memory reconstruction. This is also why I chose vinyl—to recreate those magical moments from the 1970s, when teenagers would line up outside record stores for the release of a new album. Then, maybe only one copy was purchased, and everyone would rush to the house of the friend with the best "stereo" to listen to it together.
